The Arnold Branch of the WEA were planning a course on the artistry of Charles Rennie Mackintosh for the autumn term.
Experienced tutor, Trevor Dickens, says:
“Much has been written about Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his contemporaries.
This course will consider aspects of this revived interest and marvel at the originality and mastery they displayed through their wide range of artworks, including furniture, paintings, architecture and interior designs.”
Unfortunately the course has not received enough bookings and has now been cancelled. Anyone interested in finding out more about Charles Rennie Mackintosh could instead enrol on the course being offered by the Beeston WEA Branch, details of which can be found below.
